Fruity Recipe that your kids will thank you for time and again.
I was looking for recipes for my daughter and I to cook together because
1. It allows us to spend quality time together
2. It allows us to do some homeschooling with math and health, and nutrition.
3. It allows us to have healthier meals.
I thought I would share this wonderful recipe with all of you. The recipe was found at

This delicious fruit pizza is perfect for all kinds of parties and events. Kids can help make this pizza and they can add their favorite fruits. Everyone will want the recipe for this quick and easy fruity pizza.
FRUIT PIZZA
Ingredients:
1 prepared thin-crust 12" pizza crust
8 ounces. light cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 Del Monte® banana, peeled and sliced
4 cups assorted fresh fruit, sliced: Del Monte® pineapple slices,blueberries, strawberries, apricots, Del Monte® honeydew and cherries
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
Non-stick cooking spray
DIRECTIONS:
Spray 12-inch pizza pan with non-stick spray. Place crust on pizza pan and bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes. Cool.
Blend cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Spread mixture over cooled crust.
Arrange banana slices in layer over cream cheese mixture.
Arrange remaining fruit slices in circles on bananas. Vary colors and shapes.
Cut into 10 wedges. Makes 5 two-slice servings.Nutritional information per serving:377 calories, 25% calories from fat, 10.5g fat, 12.1g protein, 59.4g carbohydrate, 4g dietary fiber, 425mg sodium, 16mg cholesterol
