As you already know from the title of this blog, I homeschool my daughter. We heard great things about this resource called time4learning.com and earlier this year when we were homeschooling through charter schools I got an account with time4learning.com. However, before we really got a chance to utilize it, I made a decision to file my PSA and our account was cancelled through the school. I wanted to give it a try but I was not sure how this would work for my daughter. They offer you a free month for a review of the site and decided to take them up on the opportunity, so that I could see how this would work for my daughter before I committed.
I would have to say they we are eclectic homeschoolers but have been eclectic unschooling as of late. She actually used it a very limited amount of time, but my daughter did enjoy her time on
time4learning.com and even ask to get on the site. I do like that she is able to do the work on her own and she feels really proud when she calls me in to say she completed a section of work. The sections are time scheduled and you can set each lesson to go for a certain time limit and they get to go over to the playground. The playground has all types of games that are very very fun and educational. The lessons are so fun for her that it seems like the playground and the lessons are one for her. I would recommend time4learning.com if your child likes to use the computer and is comfortable working on their own. Thank you to time4learning.com for the opportunity to try out their site.
