Hey there,
I am feeling the a little lost in myself. I think it is important to make sure that you take care of yourself and as I write this I have a hard time taking my own advice. Hopefully after writing this I think I will take a little time to myself before I get in the bed. Here a few ideas.
1) take a bubble bath: nothing like sinking into the tub of a warm bath , maybe add a little lavender.
2) take a walk: get outside and smell the the fresh air even in the rain or snow.
3) sit down: get a cup of coffee or tea, sit down, and enjoy or perhaps flip leisurely through a magazine.
4) take a hot shower: this is my favorite and this is probably the one that I will take advantage of after I finish writing.
5)do yoga: I find this one to be awesome. I think that I may want to study yoga and teach.
6)call a friend: to connect and give and receive support.
7)home movie: have some popcorn and watch a movie of your choice without interruption.
8)do a hobby: knit or crochet, the latter I am learning to do slowly but surely.
9) go to movie and dinner: this is great with a friend but even better alone. You can see whatever you want and eat wherever you like.
10)sleep: get a good night's rest and take naps if they work for you.
Okay those are 10 of my ideas. There are 100 and 1000's more, but you only have to pick one, just one. I am off to take advantage of number 4 talk to you tomorrow.
